All pre-collegiate medals and trophies will be presented and available for pickup in person at the conclusion of each audition group and throughout official audition days (Saturday and Sunday). We strongly urge all teachers, parents, and students to claim their awards in person.
Award Mailing Policy
Awards that are not claimed in person during the audition weekend may be shipped to teachers upon request. Each award shipment is charged a flat fee:
- $25 Flat Fee (covers handling, packaging materials, and postage).
Important Mailing Guidelines:
- Deadline: All shipping requests and payments must be completed no later than Friday, November 20, 2026. Requests received after this date cannot be fulfilled.
- Mailing Exclusively to Teachers: MMTA only ships awards directly to the registered teacher’s address. Awards will not be mailed to individual students or parents.
- Required Information: When requesting an award shipment, you will enter the Student Name, Student ID Number, and Award Type before proceeding to checkout.
