MMTA Membership Application
To join MMTA, print out the MTNA application form (see below) and mail it to MTNA headquarters.

Music Teacher with studentThe application form includes a line for MTNA dues, MMTA dues, and local MTA dues. MMTA dues for 2005-2006 are $21.00. To find out the amount of the local MTA dues, contact your local MTA officers.

A student membership is also available at a substantial discount (details are on the MTNA application form).
